    About the Artist

Terry Dunkum is a Texas landscape oil painter based in San Antonio. Retired from the San Antonio Police Department, Terry spent his later years devoted to capturing the Texas Hill Country and the missions of his home city in oil on canvas — from the barns and creeks of Central Texas to the Alamo, Mission San Jose, and the San Antonio River Walk. He studied with Bill Scheidt at Jay Hester's Highland House Studio and has been a member of The New Braunfels Art League, with work displayed in Durango, Colorado, at local banks, and in galleries throughout Central Texas including Cactus Jacks in Gruene.

This gallery showcases available original oil paintings and archival giclée prints. Contact us to inquire about a specific piece.
